We are committed to ensuring smooth delivery so that you can enjoy your order at its best. If weather or extreme temperatures pose a threat, we will place the order on hold until conditions improve.
If you would like us to ship your order despite the heat/cold, using Ground service, we are happy to do so. Please leave us a note on your order stating that you would like to ship despite the weather advisory.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in optimal condition. We are not able to refund orders that are shipped despite our weather hold. If you do not select one of the above options, we will send you an email notification with your expected ship and delivery dates.
Need your wine fast? Add a Cool Pack. Cool Packs are inserts designed to keep your wine chilled for up to 2 days on its journey in warm weather. Cool Packs are recommended anytime the forecasted high temperatures are expected to be above 85°F at any point in your wine’s journey from Napa Valley to its destination.
Cool Packs provide up to 2 days of added protection for your wine against heat damage. Choose 1 Cool Pack for every 12 bottles purchases. 1-2 Day Ground and 2-Day Air are eligible for Cool Pack added services. Questions? Call us at 707-302-3004.

Our goal is to ship orders out as quickly as possible. You may select between FedEx or UPS as your shipping provider. We offer a variety of methods including both air and ground. Shipments will ship FedEx by default unless otherwise specified. All orders placed before 11:00am PST, Monday – Friday, are expected to ship the same business day. Orders received after 11am PST are expected to ship the following business day.
For us to provide you with the best possible experience and to stay within legal bounds, we may need to make adjustments during the fulfillment process. There is also opportunity to include a note with your order during the checkout process to inform us of any preferences that you have. When entering your customer information, check the ‘Add Shipping Instructions’ box and a text box will open, where you can enter specific instructions to accompany your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information. This allows you to track your order as it travels to the delivery address. Both FedEx and UPS will typically make up to three delivery attempts if a person 21 years or older is not available to accept the delivery. If you are unable to receive your order after the allocated number of delivery attempts under the shipping agency’s policies, your order will be shipped back to us.
FRE Alcohol-Removed Wines, Luminara Alcohol-Removed Wines, and SEAGLASS Alcohol-Removed Wines can ship to all states except Alabama and South Carolina.
