Summer Strawberry Mimosa

Fresh Strawberries and Avissi Prosecco add an extra pop of flavor.

Sweet strawberries and sparkling bubbles are a match made for summer. Fresh strawberry purée brings juicy berry flavor to this vibrant mimosa, while Avissi Prosecco adds crisp effervescence and refreshing citrus notes. Perfect for brunches, celebrations, or simply soaking up a sunny afternoon.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Avissi Prosecco
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Fresh strawberry, for garnish

Directions:

  • Blend hulled strawberries in a high speed blender until smooth.
    Adjust sugar and lemon juice to taste.
  • Pour Avissi Prosecco into a champagne flute and top with strawberry puree. Garnish with a strawberry.
