Tasting Notes: This wine unfolds with vibrant layers of tropical fruits and subtle floral notes, lifted by the bright zest of white grapefruit and lime, creating a lively, mouthwatering tension. The bold aromatics are matched by equally dynamic flavors, offering a refreshing burst in every sip. As it evolves, delicate hints of minerality and salinity add complexity to the crisp finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with a seasonal citrus chicken salad or your favorite grilled fish.
Tasting Notes: The aromas are immediately attractive with a lemon/lime zest quality and the flavors beckon you in with their softness and intrigue. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity, spiced apple flavors, and a subtle toasty component.

Tasting Notes: This silky Pinot Noir opens with aromas of fresh strawberry, cherry, raspberry and plum, warmed by notes of spice, forest floor and cedar. The wine is fresh and balanced on the palate, with fruit and beautifully integrated oak flowing into a long, juicy finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with pork tenderloin with apples, or roasted butternut squash.
Tasting Notes: Dense purple in color, this wine opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, anise, cedar, savory spice, roasted coffee, and tobacco. The wine is velvety and lush presenting delicious flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum with warm baking spice, earthy undertones, and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins that lift the wine suggesting a long life. The finish is long, supple and mouthwatering.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled chicken with a side of stone ground grits, roasted poblano chiles and pepper jack cheese.
Ingredients • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • 1 large onion, chopped • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 teaspoon cumin • Large pinch of chili powder or more to taste • 1 quart plus 2 cups chicken broth • 1 cup red lentils • 1 carrot, peeled and diced • Diamond Crystal Kosher salt & fresh ground black pepper • Juice from ½ lemon, plus more to taste • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions 1. Cook the onions in 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil until translucent.
2. Add the tomato paste, cumin, salt, pepper, and chili powder and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken broth, lentils, and carrot, and simmer partly covered over medium-low heat until the lentils are soft, approximately 30 minutes. The soup should be slightly chunky.
4. Adjust the seasoning with chili powder, salt and pepper.
5. When ready to serve, stir in the lemon juice and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top of each serving.
