Our History

Our meticulously designed St. Helena winery is an enduring symbol of everything our family has worked toward for over 70 years. Representing three generations committed to crafting wine of the utmost quality, it was architected as a beacon, heralding both our deep roots and our innovative future in Napa Valley. It is not static and continues to grow and evolve as we explore the latest technology and tools, arming our winemakers with everything needed for inspired innovation.

With stunning views of Spring Mountain to the west and Howell Mountain to the east, our winery sits at the heart of Napa Valley, in Saint Helena, not far from where Mario Trinchero lived when he arrived in California over 75 years ago. The 22-acre site houses our winery, tasting room and hospitality center—all overlooking the Cabernet Sauvignon vines of Mario’s Vineyard.
