Program Overview:

Refer a friend and we’ll send them $10 off their first order. Once they place an order over $100, you’ll receive $10 towards your next order. To qualify for the referral discount, orders must achieve a minimum of $100. To redeem the advocate reward, the order must also achieve a minimum of $100. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.

How It Works:

• Enter your email into the open field in the referral widget and select ‘Get Referral Link.’
• Your unique link will be generated and visible within the widget.
• Select either Email, SMS or Facebook to share your link directly, or copy the link and distribute outside of the widget.
• Once you have shared your link, your referral contacts will receive a message inviting them to shop on OneStopWineShop.com and save $10 off their order of $100 or more.
• When one of your referrals places an order of $100 or more using your referral link, you will then receive a communication confirming a $10 discount for your use on OneStopWineShop.com for your next order of $100 or more.

One Stop Wine Shop Refer-a-Friend Program

Onestopwineshop.com and its owner, Sutter Home Winery, Inc. dba Trinchero Family Estates (“Company”), is offering you the opportunity to participate in the One Stop Wine Shop Refer-a-Friend Program.

1. Binding Agreement. By using the Onestopwineshop.com website or participating in the One Stop Wine Shop Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the program. Program is valid for residents from the 50 U.S. states and D.C. residents. Void outside 50 U.S. states and D.C. & where prohibited. only one promo code can be used at a time. The refer-a-friend invitation must clearly state you are eligible to receive a reward if your friend makes a qualifying purchase. No program rewards will be given if the referrer fails to disclose referrer’s eligibility for program rewards to the referred friend, or if the referred friend does not purchase on www.onestopwineshop.com. Program rewards are subject to verification at company’s sole discretion and are limited to www.onestopwineshop.com only. employees of company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. Restrictions. Program Rewards only apply to online purchases made through Onestopwineshop.com and cannot be used for in-store purchases. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, are not transferrable and may not be traded or sold. All taxes and shipping fees apply. Terms, conditions, features, availability, service and support options are subject to change without notice and at any time. No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party. A user may not act in any manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. Violation of these Program Terms may result in your immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any credit owed to you as a result of your participation in this Program. Company and its Program service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent credits in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Company’s services or this Program.
4. Liability. You understand and agree that in no event will Sutter Home Winery, Inc., or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, and agents (“released parties”), be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or any other type of damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses related to or arising from the Program or participant’s participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit of the Program. To the fullest extent possible by law, the Released Parties’ maximum liability arising out of or in connection with the program, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise), will not exceed $100.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. By participating in the Program, a participant agrees that he or she participates in the Program at his or her own risk. You expressly agree that the Program is provided on an “as is” and “as avaialble” basis and company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties as to the products or services offered through the Program, implied warrantes of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringment.
6. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Onestopwineshop.com’s Privacy Policy, which is available by a link on the website.
7. Right to Modify, Cancel, or Terminate. We may modify or amend these Terms at any time. By continuing to participate in the Program, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from participating in this Program at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate this Program at any time for any reason. This Program is also subject to Onestopwineshop.com’s general Terms of Use, which are available by a link on the website.
